Januar 1973, als auf der kleinen isl\u00e4ndischen Insel Himaey die Erde bebte. Nur 200 Meter vor der Stadt \u00f6ffnete sich die Erde und spuckte unerbittlich Feuer und Asche in die Luft. Die 5.300 Einwohner lie\u00dfen all ihre Habseligkeiten zur\u00fcck und wurden mitten in der Nacht mit Fischerbooten auf das Festland evakuiert. Der Ausbruch dauerte schlie\u00dflich f\u00fcnf Monate und bildete den neuen Vulkan \u201eEldfell\u201c, der das Gesicht der Insel f\u00fcr immer ver\u00e4nderte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Familien mussten die verheerende Zerst\u00f6rung ihrer H\u00e4user und Lebensgrundlagen mit ansehen. Ein Viertel der Stadt wurde unter Lava begraben und mit Tonnen von Asche \u00fcberzogen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Bund der Nordischen L\u00e4nder (Finnland, Schweden, D\u00e4nemark, Norwegen und Island) sorgte f\u00fcr einen Wiederaufbau der Stadt, damit die Menschen in ihre Heimat zur\u00fcckkehren konnten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Lava-Stein vor der Botschaft der Nordischen L\u00e4nder in Berlin in der Rauchstra\u00dfe soll nicht nur an das Ereignis erinnern, vielmehr die gemeinsamen Werte und F\u00fcrsorge hervorheben, die eine starke Gemeinschaft bewerkstelligen kann.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"tour_preview\" onclick=\"window.open('https:\/\/www.lialo.com\/tour\/34qp');
