Noch vor 32 Jahren landeten Menschen in dieser Stadt im Gef\u00e4ngnis, weil sie ihre Meinung sagten. Unsere Serie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lialo.com\/de\/erlebnisse\/tag\/zeitzeuge\/\">Zeitzeugen<\/a> h\u00f6rt Geb\u00e4uden und Dingen zu, die ohne zu Sprechen eine bunte Geschichte zu erz\u00e4hlen haben. Heute geht es nach Leipzig, wo aus einem ehemaligen Geb\u00e4ude des Ministerium f\u00fcr Staatssicherheit ein Ort wurde, an dem Menschen jedes Wochenende ein St\u00fcck Freiheit gefeiert haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ein geteiltes Deutschland<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>In der DDR hat man von mir eine Weltanschauung verlangt, ohne dass ich die Welt anschauen durfte. <\/p>\n<cite>Manfred Krug<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Geb\u00e4ude hat eine kontrastreiche Geschichte, die man hinter dem grauen Betonklotz zun\u00e4chst nicht vermuten w\u00fcrde. In den achtziger Jahren noch ein Mahnmal der Unterdr\u00fcckung: Hier plante die Regierung Bespitzelungsaktionen und bearbeitete Unterlagen \u00fcber den h\u00f6chstpers\u00f6nlichen Lebensbereich von DDR-B\u00fcrgern. Nach Feierabend konnte man noch schnell den Wocheneinkauf erledigen, eine Runde Kegeln, ins Kino gehen, um staatstreue Filme anzuschauen, oder die exklusiv f\u00fcr Mitarbeiter zug\u00e4ngliche Poliklinik aufsuchen. Bis 1985 wurde an diesem Geb\u00e4ude gebaut, was sicher f\u00fcr die Zuversicht der SED in die Deutsche Demokratische Republik spricht. Bis 1989, also bis zur aller letzten Stunde der DDR, war das Ministerium f\u00fcr Staatssicherheit, kurz Stasi, hier untergebracht. Nur acht Jahre sp\u00e4ter sollte aus diesem repressiven Bau ein Ort des ausgelassenen Feierns werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aus \u00dcberwachungszentrale wird der &#8222;Gipfel des Vergn\u00fcgens&#8220;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1997 \u00f6ffnete die <strong>Jam Dancehall<\/strong> seine Tore. Jedes Wochenende tanzte die Jugend aus Leipzig und Umgebung hier zu Electro- und Technomusik. Die Gro\u00dfraumdisko zog nicht nur unz\u00e4hlige Besucher an, sondern auch namhafte Acts wie <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/WestBam\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Westbam<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Dr._Motte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dr. Motte<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mark_Spoon\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Marc Spoon<\/a> legten hier auf. Radio NRJ Leipzig \u00fcbertrug Samstags sogar<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=wX9_J7o3QaA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> live direkt aus dem Club<\/a>. Nur f\u00fcnf Jahre nach Er\u00f6ffnung musste die Jam Dancehall allerdings schon wieder schlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lialo.blog\/de\/erlebnisse\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Alpen-Max-Leipzig-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-32208\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lialo.blog\/de\/erlebnisse\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Alpen-Max-Leipzig-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.lialo.blog\/de\/erlebnisse\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Alpen-Max-Leipzig-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.lialo.blog\/de\/erlebnisse\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Alpen-Max-Leipzig-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.lialo.blog\/de\/erlebnisse\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Alpen-Max-Leipzig-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.lialo.blog\/de\/erlebnisse\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Alpen-Max-Leipzig-2048x1152.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Das heutige Schild erinnert an den letzten Partyk\u00f6nig dieser R\u00e4umlichkeiten <strong>Alpen Max<\/strong>, der 2016 ausziehen musste, weil die Stadt Leipzig Eigenbedarf f\u00fcr das Geb\u00e4ude angemeldet hatte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heute werden hin und wieder F\u00fchrungen durch die alten R\u00e4umlichkeiten angeboten und auch im alten Kinosaal werden immer mal wieder Filme gezeigt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comeback?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der DJ Marcel Lenk m\u00f6chte die schillernden N\u00e4chte im Sinne der <strong>Jam Dancehall<\/strong> wieder <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bild.de\/regional\/leipzig\/disko\/stadt-laesst-disco-retter-abblitzen-52528830.bild.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aufleben lassen<\/a>. Er habe sich 2016\/2017 um die R\u00e4umlichkeiten beworben. Im Innern w\u00fcrde man sogar noch einen vollausgestatteten Club vorfinden. Die Stadt Leipzig habe aber Pl\u00e4ne, die R\u00e4umlichkeiten als Archiv f\u00fcr Unterlagen zur Bundestagswahl zu nutzen. Es w\u00e4re sicherlich nicht der ruhmvollste Abschnitt in der Geschichte des Geb\u00e4udes. Doch es w\u00e4re ein weiteres Zeichen f\u00fcr Demokratie und vor allem &#8211; f\u00fcr Freiheit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ihr wollt dem Kampf um Freiheit und Einigkeit auf die Spur gehen?
